A Capital Boost for Forward-thinking Startups in Collaboration with the Fonds de solidarité FTQ
Mistral Venture Partners is teaming up with the Fonds de solidarité FTQ to take things one step further.
If you win one of the Fonds’ startup grants — Impact or Productivity — you’ll automatically be considered for a $25,000 investment prize offered by Mistral.
This amount, offered in the form of a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity, see link below), is designed to support a high-potential startup that stands out for its vision, ambition, and ability to reshape its industry.
The selection will be made by the Mistral team, based on its own criteria.
IMPORTANT: To be eligible, your startup must have won either the Impact or Productivity grant from the Fonds.
Our goal: to help a Quebec startup go even further by providing strategic capital at a key moment in its growth.
