President and CEO of Bus.com since March 2020, Maxie Lafleur has extensive experience in digital and growth, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions and business expansion, both in Canada and abroad. Ms. Lafleur previously held several management positions within CAE, including Chief Financial Officer of the Civil Aviation Training Division and Manager of Strategic Partnerships of the Civil Aviation Training Solutions Division. An accountant by training, she began her career at KPMG.
Ms. Lafleur was named in 2021 as one of the Power Players of Quebec by The Peak magazine. Previously a member of the board of directors of Investissement Québec, Ms. Lafleur currently sits on the board of the Granby Zoo as well as the Association québécoise des transports (AQTr).She is also a member of YPO, a global community of business leaders that brings together 30,000 business leaders driven by the belief that the world needs better leaders. Ms. Lafleur holds a degree in accounting from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia, and also completed the Fintech Executive program at Saïd Business School in Oxford.
