I am a strategic operations professional with 2 decades of experience at market leading organizations. I’ve developed a reputation as an industry and functional expert who takes extreme ownership and is a player/coach. With a collaborative, consensus-building leadership style and detailed & organized structure and communication, I've been described as a “force of nature”.

I am now lending my expertise to help Founders & Executives at start-ups, SMBs, and nonprofits across a range of industries realize their target end-point. Teams turn to me to set up operations, streamline and scale execution (from 0 to 10 or from 300 to 3,000 employees), and provide transformative leadership to build excellent teams. I’m passionate about working with teams that are driven, dynamic, and have a clear vision. I equip them with customized turnkey operating tools & deliverables based on best practices that they can then own and enhance.

My foundational experience at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) working with Fortune 500 companies globally on both strategic and operational projects with clients for nearly a decade out of the Boston and NYC offices set me up with best-in-class standard operating procedures to support organizations through growth and pivots. Thereafter, I spent the next decade of my career in hands on leadership and C-suite operating roles scaling businesses 10x as well as leading org-wide pivots in difficult environments. Previous roles include COO, Founder, Head of Operations, Director of Marketing Analytics, Digital Product Strategy, Founding VC Partner, and Executive Director. In these roles; I’ve led product, bizops, finance ops, people ops, revenue ops, marketing ops, PMIs, transformations, data & analytics teams, GTM, and culture/ org redesigns.

I’m based in New York and have lived in and worked with organizations in the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Egypt, UAE, and India.
