Reporting To: Senior Event Manager
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 CAD + Profit sharing bonus structure
Join the team at Startupfest, Canada's premier—and most fun—startup event. Having just wrapped our sixteenth year, we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager. Every summer, we unite the Canadian tech ecosystem in Montréal for prime investment opportunities, killer content, and networking that’s actually, well, fun. If you’re the right person to share our story with the world, we want to meet you.
This is a high-visibility position for a "thinker and doer" who wants to own a major brand end-to-end. Operating as a one-person engine on a lean, horizontal team, you will design the strategy, build the assets, run the campaigns, and analyze performance. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer or agency campaign manager looking to step away from client work and sink their teeth into a project they can truly call their own.
