Anne Phan (she/her)

Anne is currently Vice President of Corporate Development at Wealthsimple. Prior to this, she was the Head of Corporate Strategy at Stripe. Anne has over 15 years of experience leading deals and strategy within FinTech and Digital Media, having previously worked at Yahoo, Twitter, Guggenheim Digital Media, and Disney as well. Her transactional experience spans across talent / product / tech acquisitions (e.g., Twitter / Madbits), mega mergers (e.g., Disney / 21st Century Fox), and business divestitures (e.g., Yahoo / Koprol).

Anne graduated with a BComm from McGill University and holds a dual JD-MBA degree from Northwestern University School of Law and Kellogg School of Management.
