Danielle Filistin (she/her)

Director Strategic Fund Investments, Desjardins

Danielle Filistin holds the position of Director – Strategic Investment Funds at Desjardins. In this role, she takes responsibility for deploying equity and building a portfolio of global investment funds. She oversees the supervision of a portfolio of strategic investment funds in development and venture capital as well as the management of the portfolio's assets and risks. Previously, she held the position of Senior Investment Advisor, specializing in asset allocation, as well as risk and treasury management at Desjardins Capital.

Within the Desjardins Group, she also carries out short-term mandates in her field of expertise for Développement international Desjardins (DID), a division offering technical assistance and impact investment services in the sector of microfinance for developing and emerging countries.

Before joining Desjardins, Danielle worked for the National Bank of Canada and RBC. A chartered financial analyst (CFA) and professional in risk management (PRM), she holds a bachelor's degree in finance from HEC Montréal and a graduate certificate in financial engineering from ÉTS.

Before joining the CFA Montreal board of directors in October 2023, Danielle chaired the Association's university relations committee for 4 years.
