I have been an operator in tech for 20 years, I’ve been a 4x executive at venture backed startups joining anywhere from Pre-Seed to Series D. I’ve held roles in Growth, Analytics, and multiple COO Positions before founding my own company. Prior to joining Enjoy The Work 5+ years ago, I was an expert in residence at First Round Capital. I’ve been advising and mentoring startups for the last ~15 years, plus I’ve also sat on multiple boards. I teach great founders around the world how to become great CEOs, alongside my 9 other partners at Enjoy The Work.
