Marianne Dubois (she/her)

Marianne joined Inovia in November 2022 and is now Head of the firm’s Discovery Program, which invests in emerging managers and founders at the pre-seed stage. With a strong background in tech startups, she has a proven track record of helping founders develop successful go-to-market strategies and optimize revenue operations. 

Her experience includes playing a pivotal role in the growth of companies like Heyday (acquired by Hootsuite for $60M CAD), where she was the very first employee. Her expertise in leading operations and working at the earliest stages of startups makes her exceptionally well-suited for her role in the Discovery Program.
