Étienne Bernard is the lead data analyst at Québec Tech, where he develops research on the province’s startup and innovation landscape. His work focuses on surfacing key trends in tech entrepreneurship, investment, innovation adoption, and sector growth to guide policy, increase ecosystem intelligence around the challenges and opportunities facing the Quebec tech sector.
Previously a corporate strategy advisor at Beneva and a management consultant at PwC, Étienne has worked across industries—from financial services to energy and government—helping organizations turn complex data and multi-faceted problems, into clear strategies.
