Evan Kerr (He/him)

Evan Kerr is a Lead Investor at Georgian, having joined the firm in 2018. At Georgian, Evan focuses on building relationships with founders and thematic research in SaaS and AI/ML. Evan has is or had been a close advisor to portfolio CEOs/executives as a board director and observer on nine portfolio companies. While at Georgian, Evan also completed a secondment in Special Projects at Tractable, a leader in computer vision research and machine learning selling to P&C insurers. Prior began his career in Investment Bankind at BMO Capital Markets. Evan holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Ottawa. In Evan’s free time, you can find him travelling to new countries (having visited over 30) and riding his motorcycle. Evan is an avid “Movember” supporter (cancer & mental health research), where he’s lead Georgian in raising over $80,000 since 2019
