Fiorella Schiffino (she/her)

CFO, Raven Indigenous Capital Partners

Fiorella Schiffino is the CFO at Raven Indigenous Capital Partners since October 2023. She was previously at Inovia Capital for 4 years. She's a CPA graduated from McGill. She first started her career at PwC and she is now specialized in venture capital finance & operations, financial infrastructure, and governance. In her new role at Raven, she's also in charge of dealflow and partnerships in Québec and Eastern Canada. Fiorella sits on the board of the Canadian Women in VC association.

Raven is the first Indigenous-owned and led venture capital firm in North America, founded in 2018 in Vancouver. We’re investing out of our second $110M fund in pre-seed to Series A companies founded by Indigenous entrepreneurs in Canada (First Nations, Métis and Inuits) or Native American entrepreneurs in the US. We’re sector agnostic and have investments in tech, climate, health, consumer products, etc.

The Canadian Women in Venture Capital association is a nonprofit organization with a community of over 350 members and 170 funds. Our vision is to empower women and allies through community, learning, championship and resources.
