Yim Han (she/her)

Yim is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Recently appointed Vice President, Partnerships, Events and Field Marketing, she has demonstrated remarkable progression throughout her career at BDC.

Over the past 27 years, Yim has held various roles at BDC, including 15 years managing sales teams, five years in credit risk management and six years as head of Shared Services. Before joining BDC, she began her career at National Bank, where she worked for seven years in various roles.

A graduate of the University of Ottawa with a degree in Business Administration, Yim is known for her authenticity, her ability to get things done, and her curiosity, courage, and humility, which are essential ingredients of her success.
