Eleonore Jarry (she/her)

Deeply rooted in the Canadian tech ecosystem, Éléonore brings close to 10 years to the VC industry. She is driven by a passion for guiding entrepreneurs towards success, with a focus on financing innovation. Her experience positions her as a well-regarded mentor and advocate, regularly engaging with early-stage founders and fellow VCs. Éléonore plays an instrumental role in fundraising, deal flow generation, deal making and portfolio management. She contributes to the firm’s overall management and assumes a significant part in the succession planning. She is known for being very involved in strategic planning and decision making within the firm. Having entrepreneurial DNA, she also co-founded Front Row Ventures, Canada's first student-led venture capital firm, helping raise more than $6M in funding, empower more than 200 next-generation tech leaders, and invest in multiple pre-seed companies. Éléonore is currently a board member of DrugBank, Vester, Coral, Front Row Ventures and Canadian Women in VC, and is part of the Kauffman Fellows Class 28. Known for her advocacy of inclusivity and women's leadership, she is widely recognized as an influential leader among her peers.
