Shambhavi  is an Associate Partner at Antler Canada, where she invests in and supports AI-native and category-defining startups from ideation through scale. She leads portfolio growth, follow-on investments, and LP engagement, working closely with founders on go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and global expansion. Her investment focus spans vertical AI, enterprise software, and emerging technologies, with a strong emphasis on building globally competitive companies from Canada.

Shambhavi brings over a decade of venture and operating experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, and has supported dozens of early-stage companies across sectors including enterprise SaaS, consumer tech, gaming, and climate. At Antler, she partners hands-on with founders from early product-market fit through seed and Series A, leveraging a global investor network and institutional LP relationships to accelerate growth.

She was named to BetaKit’s Top 25 Women in Tech (2025), recognizing leaders shaping Canada’s innovation ecosystem and advocating for underrepresented founders.

Prior to Antler, Shambhavi led cross-border venture investments at Brand Capital International and began her career in management consulting at McKinsey and IBM, advising Fortune 500 companies on growth and global expansion.

Shambhavi is a frequent speaker at leading innovation platforms including Startupfest, CIX (Canadian Innovation Exchange), Elevate Tech Fest, Google for Startups, and QueerTech. She is passionate about building bridges between founders, investors, and global capital markets, and is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship.
