Emma Runzer-Boucher

Emma is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies group at Osler in Toronto. Her practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Osler, Emma completed the combined Juris Doctor and Political Science program in French at the University of Ottawa. Her undergraduate studies were complemented by an intensive summer program in Management and Corporate Communications at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany. Emma has worked for several SaaS start-ups and gained in-house experience at Cohere, Wealthsimple, and Allianz Africa.22 during her second year of law school.
