Without a degree, but driven by a clear vision and infectious energy, he has co-founded several impactful ventures that have redefined industries: Rise Kombucha, Crudessence, and LOOP Mission.

The author of 7 books on raw food, fermentation, and food autonomy — including 3 bestsellers translated into 5 languages — David is deeply passionate about sharing knowledge. He opens up about his journey with disarming authenticity, blending improbable anecdotes, humor, and frank reflections on the state of the world. Since 2022, he has been a "Dragon" on ICI Radio-Canada’s hit show Dans l’œil du Dragon (the French-Canadian adaptation of Dragons' Den), where he continues to shake up traditional models to build a more circular, human, and—above all—inspiring world.
