Des Traynor is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Intercom, and was previously a Co-Founder of Exceptional (now a part ofRackspace). Des leads Intercom’s customer-facing teams responsible for customer happiness, and uses the insights gained through daily interactions with customers to influence the company’s product roadmap. Previously he was a UX designer for web applications.
