Graduated from McGill University in international business, Caroline Widmer has held strategic positions within the public administration, in the fields of security and economic development. She led major digital transitions, while contributing to the creation of the digital and innovation policy of the State of Geneva. She is now the director of -Pulse Incubateur HES, a breeding ground for young talents from universities of applied sciences.

 While supporting the innovative ideas and entrepreneurial projects that are building tomorrow, Caroline Widmer is also the co-founder of 1m83, a startup committed to promoting art in the public domain by creating unforgettable memories to passers-by, where they are, through artistic experiences .
