Frances Simowitz (she/her)

Frances Simowitz, of WEVE Acceleration - Frances is the President and CEO of WEVE Acceleration. Based in New York City, she is an expert in launching business in the US market. Previous to WEVE, she has 10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem and helped establish and grow operations in multiple cities such as Boston, Chicago, DC and New York for startups like Sittercity, Startup Institute and now WEVE. Through her experience she has established one of the largest entrepreneurial communities in New York City. Her company WEVE has accelerated more than 300+ entrepreneurs from more than 30+ nationalities to expand into the US market. She also serves on the advisory board of Tech Day.
