Meryeme in currently principal at Pender Ventures, focusing on investments in health IT and B2B software. Previously, she worked at BDC Capital’s Women in Tech Venture Fund, where she led investments in early-stage and growth companies across biotech, enterprise software and digital health. Prior to BDC, Meryeme was an investor at Medteq, where she focused on early-stage investments in digital health, diagnostics and medical device companies. Meryeme started her career as a consultant in bioproducts and wearables before co-founding a venture-backed health tech startup. Meryeme is active in the startup community, including mentorship roles with a number of Montreal-based incubators and accelerators.
