Investor AMA: Investing in today's climate

July 11, 2024  2:30 PM – 3:15 PM
It's hard to read the current economic climate. Sustained inflation chased money from stocks into savings, while spooked investors fled a crypto collapse. Almost overnight, the launch of ChatGPT changed every startup product. Soon, it will change the makeup of founding teams. It's a time of high uncertainty and high opportunity—which means that for many investors, it's back to basics. And for many founders, it's self-funded growth and strategic partners. This panel is a chance ask leading investors your questions about where their heads are at, what they're looking for, and how the companies they back are weathering the storm. See more.

July 11, 2024  5:10 PM – 6:10 PM
There's no such thing as a stupid question—but there are plenty of questions nobody asks, because they're taboo. How do you fire a co-founder? When is it okay to lie to your employees? Can you take orders before you know you can deliver on them? How accurate do forward-looking statements need to be in a pitch deck? We're creating round table conversations for the questions everybody ponders but nobody says out loud. See more.
