Teija Bean (she/her)

Head of Product Design, Forum Ventures, AI Studio

Teija is the Head of Product Design at Forum Ventures’ AI Studio, where she works with early-stage founders to shape and launch AI-driven SaaS products. With a background in leading a product agency and building across AI, B2B, and Web3, she brings both creative depth and operational clarity to the 0-to-1 process.

She specializes in helping teams define the right MVPs, build conviction early, and avoid overbuilding too soon. Her recent work focuses on using AI to accelerate prototyping, validate assumptions faster, and rethink how product teams work in an AI-powered world.

Outside of Forum, she mentors founders, advises startups, and is passionate about building products that are thoughtful, useful, and ready for scale.
