Erin O'Keefe Graham (she/her)

Managing Partner, Imaginal

Erin O’Keefe Graham helps growth-stage founders bridge the gap between traction and scale—the stage where most ventures fail.

As Managing Partner of Imaginal, Erin OG works with purpose-led ventures who are well on their way to product-market-fit and need to build organizations that can grow without breaking. Erin helps founders solve problems through working sessions and team sprints, on topics including Building an A Team on a Seed Budget, Funding Strategies (To VC or Not to VC), and Building Curativity: Human+AI Culture Design.

Her career has spanned three worlds: capital raising (from IPO roadshows to 10 years of angel investing), B2B brand strategy and culture (Interbrand, KPMG International), and venture building and scaling (Neighbourhood, Emera ideaHUB Incubator). Ventures that work with Erin learn from these combined areas, on the premise that sustainable growth requires both business mechanics and culture dynamics.
