Charlotte has been involved in the startup community as founder, investor, Techstars AI mentor, Board Member of Invest Nova Scotia, and as Chief Coaching Officer and Startup Coach for Atlantic Canada's leading technology accelerator, Propel. She has worked with more than 250 early stage founders to help them validate and grow their business, and raise capital. Her expertise combines her international enterprise experience as Manager at Procter & Gamble in Switzerland and New York to founding several non-profit ventures as well as her own tech startup. She has been through the ups and downs of a startup, has raised capital, grown the team and has participated in a number of accelerators including Propel, Founderfuel and Google. Her passion is enabling people to succeed with purpose, and is continuously inspired by the founders she helps as they navigate their own entrepreneurial journey.
