Charlotte is a seasoned Corporate-turned-Entrepreneur, Investor, and Coach who bridges the gap between structured scaling and startup agility. Currently the COO of Farmers’ Truck, she leads the North American expansion of mobile markets to combat food insecurity, applying her expertise in business development and high-growth operations.

As the former Co-founder and CEO of PACTA, a Smart Contract startup, Charlotte navigated the full founder journey: raising VC capital, pitching on global stages, and securing enterprise customers. She later served as Chief Coaching Officer at Propel, Atlantic Canada’s leading virtual accelerator, where she oversaw recruitment and programming for hundreds of tech founders. Having mentored over 500 entrepreneurs through programs like Propel, FounderFuel, and Techstars she is known for a "founder-first" approach—helping leaders operationalize, finance, and scale while meeting them exactly where they are.

Charlotte’s foundation was built at Procter & Gamble in Switzerland and NYC, where she led $200M contract negotiations and marketing strategy for global brands like Gillette. A firm believer in the ESG approach, she advocates for sustainable growth where people, planet, and profit drive exponential value.
